Dopo la notizia della chiusura di Downrevolution.net appresa da Punto Informatico, la sezione ATUNN Movies era stata temporaneamente sospesa per permettere una valutazione più accurata delle vigenti leggi sul copyright.
Ora la sezione Atunn Movies è stata completamente ricreata in modo che non sorga alcun rischio di violazione delle leggi sul copyright. Buona visione.

Dopo la notizia di questa mattina della chiusura di Downrevolution.net appresa da ‘Punto Informatico, la sezione ATUNN Movies per l’italiano è stata temporaneamente sospesa per permettere una valutazione più accurata delle vigenti leggi sul copyright. Anche le sezioni ATUNN Movies per le altre lingue sono state sospese, nonostante fossero semplicemente visualizzate in un frame e fornite da siti completamente slegati dal nostro.
Premettiamo che non conosciamo i servizi che Downrevolution.net effettuava, se caricassero loro stessi materiale illecito o se semplicemente ne fornissero solo i links. Tutti i servizi ATUNN sono gratuiti e promuovono la libera diffusione del sapere nel rispetto delle normative e delle leggi del diritto internazionale.
Nella sezione Atunn Movies per l’italiano erano presenti una serie di links a film ospitati sui server di MegaUpload e Veoh. Tali siti, nei loro termini di servizio, assicurano che tutto si svolge nel pieno rispetto delle leggi e qualora queste ultime siano state violate da qualche utente, provvedono alla rimozione del materiale protetto da copyright.
E’ importante sottolineare che ATUNN non ha mai caricato alcuna opera coperta dal diritto d’autore (film, musica, etc) su nessun server.
I links dei film presenti nella nostra lista provenivano da semplici ricerche in rete ed è praticamente impossibile capire se tali film siano stati caricati con o senza il consenso di chi ne possiede i diritti.
Ora siamo in attesa di un parere legale che ci rassicuri sul rispetto da parte nostra di tutte le leggi vigenti. Essendo tale branca del diritto particolarmente complessa, controversa e dibattuta ci sarebbe di grande aiuto un parere legale di un esperto che possa chiarire se anche la semplice pubblicazione di una lista di links possa essere considerata illegale.

News: we have made changes in the movie page, in particular the italian page.

We have changed also the game page with many games loaded on the site.

We got the 0.6 version of Atunn. After 2 weeks of hard working, finally there are many new things online:
1) We added in the menu bar above Mail and Social Network, in order to get in easier and faster.
2) In the dock, the research icon lights up in yellow, so it’s easier to understand what type of research we are doing.
3) The music section is available now both in the dock and on the menu bar by clicking on music. The Music page (www.atunn.com/music) was totally remade and it’ s possible to do research by similar artists, and by title of the song or album or artist.

Bonjour à tous, nous sommes enfin arrivés à la version 0.6 d’Atunn!
Après deux semaines de travail acharné nous avons mis en ligne toutes ces nouveautés :

1) En haut,sur la barre du menu, nous avons ajouté les applications Mail et SocialNetwork afin qu’ils soient plus facilement accessibles.

2)Suivant le type de recherche que vous voulez effectuer, l’icône choisie se teint désormais en jaune et il vous est ainsi plus facile de visualiser dans quelle sorte de recherche vous vous êtes lancés (videos, photos, plans…)

3)Vous pouvez maintenant accéder à la section musique en cliquant sur l’icône musique au dessus de la barre de recherche OU/ET en allant sur la barre du menu et en cliquant sur Music.
De plus, la page Music (www.atunn.com/music) a été totalement retravaillée et il est désormais possible de faire des recherches sur les artistes du même genre, des recherches par titres de chanson, par album ou encore par artiste.

C’est tout pour l’instant…

¡Hola! Hemos llegado a la versión 0.6 de Atunn.
Después de dos semanas de trabajo intenso están ahora en línea todas estas novedades:
1) Hemos añadido en la barra de menú de arriba Mail e Social Network, para acceder más directa y simplemente.
2) Ahora en la barra dock, el ícono del tipo de busqueda se alumbra de amarillo, así que será más simple entender que tipo de busqueda estamos realizando.
3) La sección Music se puede alcanzar ahora a través del ícono Music en la barra dock y desde la barra de menú haciendo clic en music. La página Music ( www.atunn.com/music ) ha sido totalmente rehecha así que ahora se pueden hacer busquedas de artistas parecidos y busquedas por titúlo de la canción o del Álbum o por artista.
